The -include line needs to be moved below the first non-phony target. Otherwise, it will override the default target.

Alternative when you want to download a flat Apache directory listing: wget -r -np -l1 -nd -N $URL The option -nd prevents the creation of the local directory structure. Afterwards you can probably remove index.html and robots.txt

Note that indications such “CET” and “CEST” may or may not correspond to a local time depending on daylight savings time (S = summer).
